With over eighteen years experience in providing services to mortgage brokers, Pink made the decision to transfer all of it’s packaging to their Fareham based subsidiary and take full advantage of the BDS teams knowledge and experience. In return, BDS opened up its 13 strong packaged lender panel to Pink brokers who were also given immediate access to criteria based sourcing system Gravity and the New Business Team for help placing cases on panel.
BDS has retained packaging and onsite underwriting for GE Money following the recent distributor restructure along with the following lenders: Beacon (on-site), Blemain, BM Solutions, Bristol & West, Cheshire Mortgages, Kensington, Lancashire, Money Partners, Platform (on-site), TMW and packaged exclusive products from Skipton.
