This new HIP service provided by Easier2Move (E2M) will be made available to all BDS network members as well as any other brokers who wish to take advantage of it. The basic package is competitively priced and there is an additional reduction if selected in conjunction with their high quality conveyancing service. Additional options such as Home Condition Reports or Environmental Searches are also available from a menu price list.
Easier2Move are currently anticipating a basic HIP turnaround time of around five working days and provide a full online case tracking facility for brokers to monitor their cases. The new service will be available immediately allowing BDS and their brokers to take advantage of any opportunities to sell these products prior to their introduction deadline of 01 August. As part of this service, BDS have also negotiated an excellent rate for remortgages up to £500,000.
