Banbury back at the helm at BIA

Martin will takeover the CEO role in the short term and a further announcement will be made in due course.

Martin Banbury, co-founder of BIA with Clifford Lockyer, has fulfilled Managing Director and CEO roles within the Network since 1996, before moving to Executive Chairman in 2002, to accommodate Richard's appointment. Richard will continue to work with Martin in the short term during his notice period.

Commenting on his departure, Clifford Lockyer, Group Chief Executive, Berkeley Berry Birch plc, said: "Richard has worked with Martin over the last two years in developing the Network Division. That work has now been concluded and Richard is looking to further the development of his career"

Richard Howells, Chief Executive Officer of the BBB Network Division, said: "I have been at BBB for nearly two years, working closely with Martin, and it has been a very enjoyable and rewarding part of my career. However, I feel it is now time to move on."
