ASTL conference confirmed in October

The conference is titled, Bridging - Problems and Solutions, and will be held at Painters' Hall, 9 Little Trinity Lane, London, EC4V 2AD. Participation costs £150 and will include lunch.

Benson Hersch, chief executive of the ASTL, said: “Confidence is high in the bridging sector at the moment.

“Our members are increasing their levels of lending every quarter and this looks to continue throughout the year.

“However the market is not without its challenges; uncertainty in Europe, increasing levels of regulation and the implementation of the Mortgage Credit Directive are all likely to have an effect on the bridging market.

“The ASTL conference will tackle all of these challenges and more with some challenging new speakers as well as others who are more familiar.”
