Association of Mortgage Intermediaries needs adviser views

The Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) is calling on all mortgage and protection advisers working within mortgage advice firms to complete a short survey that will help the trade group shape its strategic plans on protection over the next 12 months.

AMI, alongside sponsors L&G and Royal London, will share key findings from the adviser and consumer research during the launch of the third AMI Protection Viewpoint on November 3.

AMI is asking advisers to take part in the survey, saying their view is essential in gaining a deeper understanding of how protection is viewed and sold. A link to the survey, which takes around five minutes to complete, can be found on AMI’s website.

“Over the last two years, AMI Protection Viewpoint has provided invaluable insight to mortgage intermediary firms and the wider protection industry,” Stacy Penn (pictured), senior policy adviser at AMI said. “The adviser survey is an important part of our research, and we would be grateful if all mortgage and protection advisers working within mortgage advice firms, whether AMI members or not, could complete this year’s survey to give us the best possible set of representative results.

“We appreciate it’s an extremely busy time for advisers right now and are grateful for the support. We look forward to sharing our consumer and adviser market research findings with the industry on November 3.”
