ASFL, the short-term property finance arm of Arbuthnot Latham, has appointed Matthew Anderson as head of sales.

Arbuthnot Specialist Finance Limited (ASFL), the short-term property finance arm of Arbuthnot Latham, has appointed Matthew Anderson (pictured) as head of sales.

 

This follows a record quarter that saw ASFL’s loan enquiries totalling £392m from just 270 credit applications.

Anderson will lead the relationship management team helping to drive business development through a high-quality service.

He has over 25 years’ experience in the bridging and development finance industry. Prior to joining ASFL, Anderson was a director at Fincorp, commercial director at Bath & West and relationship director and head of development lending at Amicus Property Finance.

"We saw record loan enquiries in Q4 2020 and experienced strong growth.
