From 3 September intermediaries will receive 0.3% of the loan from APS Europe for all direct submission cases sent in after this date. The minimum proc fee has been increased to £200 and the maximum amount payable is now £900.
The Coventry’s range includes a five-year fixed rate at 4.25% available up to 95% LTV, Buy To Let mortgages up to 85% and, since last month, self-certification mortgages up to 85% LTV.
