Alternative Bridging Corporation has strengthened its marketing team with the recruitment of Tanvi Shah (pictured) as junior marketing assistant.

Shah, who previously held marketing roles in other industries, will support the company’s marketing team in communicating to brokers the benefits of working with the specialist property lender, which offers bridging loans, term loans, and development finance.

Aside from providing these products to the property industry, business community, and homeowners, the lender said it also offers an alternative overdraft facility that enables customers to draw down funds as and when they need them.

Alternative Bridging earlier announced its office expansion to accommodate a larger team, which has grown by more than 25% this year.

Rinal Rodrigues, head of marketing at Alternative Bridging Corporation, said they were pleased to welcome Shah to the team.

“I know she will be a valuable asset in helping us to promote the benefits of working with Alternative Bridging,” Rodrigues commented. “Our team of property finance professionals work in partnership with brokers and clients to provide flexible first and second charge loans, secured on commercial and residential properties and property developments.”

Commenting on her appointment, Shah said she was excited to join Alternative Bridging and to help build on its reputation.

“I’m looking forward to working hard with the rest of the team to help educate brokers about the opportunities in specialist finance,” she added.
