Both products are available up to £550,000 and are designed to appeal to borrowers looking to lock into a highly competitive fixed rate so they can guarantee their monthly repayments.
The latest additions to Alliance & Leicester Intermediary Sales’ fixed rate range follow the launch last week of its range of fee-free 3 and 4-year fixed rate remortgage and homebuyer deals, offering rates of 4.69 per cent and 4.79 per cent respectively and available up to 75 per cent LTV.
