Aldermore welcomes two key additions to property division

Specialist lender Aldermore has announced the recruitment of two new members of its growing property division – Tatyana Stefanova, who assumes the role of relationship manager, and Stephen Wright, who takes on the position of national account manager.

Stefanova, who previously worked for Royal Bank of Scotland, Investec Structured Products, The Mortgage Lender, and LendInvest, brings a wealth of experience in specialist property lending. Her expertise lies in navigating unique and intricate cases, providing tailored solutions for brokers and their clients. At Aldermore, she is expected to oversee the lender’s mortgage intermediaries in Scotland.

“My career has been built on my passion for property finance,” Stefanova said. “During that time, I’ve cultivated a robust understanding of the complexities within our industry. I look forward to hitting the ground running and can’t wait to provide bespoke solutions for our Scottish brokers and their clients.”

Wright, who joins Aldermore after having spent eight years at TSB Bank in various business development roles, will be tasked with collaborating with the bank’s key strategic partners across the industry.

“Aldermore sits in an advantageous position within the market, with a real opportunity to drive positive change and deliver added value to the market,” Wright remarked. “I’m joining at an exciting time to help support and shape this next stage of our journey.”

“Tatyana and Stephen are ideal hires for Aldermore,” Nicola Goldie (pictured), head of strategic partnerships and growth at Aldermore, added. “I have no doubt that they’ll both play a major role in our future success. They fit into our property team’s culture exceptionally well, and they both bring genuine expertise to their respective roles.”
