Accessed through Trigold’s Prospector AAA sourcing system, ENC delivers a range of new features and benefits for both brokers and lenders alike including using Lenders’ individual underwriting criteria as the basis of the aggregating system. Benefits for Brokers include an enhanced client Fact Find, Verified mortgage data and the ability to use the system for the entire sales process including production of KFIs for non-conforming products.
