Advantage launches branded lending with SPML

Advantage has existing branded lending agreements with Platform, Mortgages plc, GMAC and First National and all branded lending is conducted under the packager’s Advance Home Loans brand. The SPML product range will be marketed and sold under the product title “Advance Home Loans S500 Range”.

Whilst Advantage continues to provide a comprehensive sub prime/non-conforming mortgage packaging service to Intermediaries, an increasing percentage of our business is now being written by Advance Home Loans, our own branded lender, which was launched in 2001. We now deliver the “ultimate cascade” which gives a real competitive advantage and maximum profitability to our introducers, combined with total control of the application process from DIP through to release of funds.”.

Advantage set up in business 13 years ago and now processes in excess of £1 billion of sub prime/non conforming mortgage business per annum.
