Advantage agrees e:valuate transfer

e:valuate is Advantage's electronic sourcing system that supports its branded mortgage offering. The move follows a strategic review by Advantage which will see it move from being a branded mortgage arranger to dealing solely with Advantage’s mortgage products by 1 September 2006.

Keith Dearling, managing director of Advantage Home Loans, said: “Having taken the strategic decision to become a sole lender, it was critical for us to find the right partner to take over e:valuate, our branded mortgage arranger sourcing system. As a business e:valuate has been extremely popular with both brokers and networks and we are delighted that we have found a company who will be able to take over and deliver a comparable level of service to support this successful platform. The Primrose management team have the expertise, vision and financial backing to not only take over and maintain e:valuate but also to develop it further to meet the changing needs of the sector. We have recently spoken to many of our brokers and network partners who are pleased to hear that e:valuate will live on after we have migrated to become a sole lender. Over the next few weeks and months, Primrose will be visiting many of Advantage Home Loans’ key partners to discuss maintaining the e:valuate relationship after 1 September.”

Kevin Friend, national accounts director of Primrose, said: “Packagers need to invest in technology to survive. Primrose followed how e:valuate evolved; we believe our plans to build upon its success will put us at the forefront of our sector. Users will benefit from significant investment to further enhance the offering; this will be supported by our lender partners.”
