Adavntage joins LIME panel

It has been appointed as an approved provider for sub-prime and non-conforming mortgages.

Established in 1991, Advantage say it is now recognised in the industry as The Branded Mortgage Arranger of non-conforming mortgages, an evolution to the well known role of a packager, and are delighted with the appointment.

Keith Dearling, director of Advantage Home Loans, says: A Branded Mortgage Arranger is neither a ‘traditional lender’ nor simply a packager but in effect is a powerful combination of the two. Consequently by accessing these lenders through the Advantage distribution hub, you get far more than access to an individual lenders product range. LIME is a well-established network and we are looking forward to developing our relationship further by helping AR’s who are used to dealing with prime cases to tap into the lucrative sub-prime market and secured loans. Our broker support team are on hand to offer help and advice to new and existing brokers and give guidance through the process of obtaining a Key Facts Illustration.

Amanda Waddington, operations manager at LIME, said: “We are delighted to offer the comprehensive in-house Mortgage Services to our members. We feel sure their experience in Mortgage arranging will add to the LIME proposition.”
