Intermediaries can claim £100 extra procuration fee on each case if they submit three cases a month over the next three months.
The scheme is centred around the number three and is aimed at heightening awareness of the firm since it changed its name from Mortgage Choice.
Doug Hall, sales director at 3mc, commented: “3mc has been strongly welcomed by our existing intermediary customers and lenders alike. Currently, over 85 per cent of all applications received by 3mc are online and to support our already enhanced procuration fees for online submissions, we wanted to reward our customers further by providing an incentive scheme for a three-month period.”
The scheme is available to both new and existing intermediaries that deal with 3mc and submit cases through its online system.
Jason Richardson, director at YooToo Financial Services, believed it was vital for packagers and distributors to have a seamless online system.
He explained: “Being online is definitely a key priority for me. Nowadays I deal with most lenders online so I don’t expect to take a step backwards if I’m dealing with a packager. I want the advantages of online in terms of speed and ease of processing so it’s de facto that it has to
be online.”
