At MI, we always welcome feedback and encourage involvement from our readers, so please get in touch with any issues you feel need addressing. Below is a selection of comments from readers and those involved in the magazine explaining why MI is the leading magazine in its field.

Nia Williams, publishing director at MI, says: “Who would have thought 200 issues ago that MI would be the successful weekly that it has now become. I would like to thank everyone who has been involved with it over the past few years, including you, the readers, for your continued support. Reaching the 200 issue mark is a big achievement and I heartily congratulate myself...sorry, I mean the team, for all their hard work. Here’s to the next 200 issues.”

James Cotton, mortgage specialist at London & Country, says: “Well deserved congratulations to MI on its 200th issue. The title has grown in reputation and stature since its launch – the team consistently delivers strong news and is forever tackling the issues that are dear to brokers hearts.”

Paul Hunt, head of marketing at Platform, says: “As an advertiser within the magazine since its inception, we are delighted to still be a proud supporter of the title after 200 editions. With a refreshing new layout and style, plus an extremely talented editorial team under Angela’s leadership, I am sure MI will continue to be one of the leading mortgage magazines for brokers for another 200 issues.”

Former editor, Rob Griffiths, now associate director at the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI), says: “A hearty congratulations to MI on reaching the 200th issue landmark. MI has always placed broker’s needs at the heart of its editorial output whether that is from a regulatory or business aspect. Over the years, the magazine has also given intermediaries an important voice with the regulator, lenders and other service providers. Long may that continue. MI has had a number of highly esteemed editors, and Scott Philipson, and it is nice to see the magazine in Angela’s safe hands instead of that terrible Welsh bloke they used to have. Well done to the editorial team, and Grant Bather, for their continued good work.”

Bob Sturges, director of communications at Money Partners, says: “‘200 not out’ is an achievement any cricketer – particularly an England one these days – would be pleased with. But I’ll gladly settle for one of the industry’s best titles chalking up a long and uninterrupted innings. Now you’ve played yourselves in so assuredly, here’s to your next double century.”
