1st Software selected as exclusive technology partner for m2i's adviser network

Adviser Office, the system already used by 48% of the UK’s leading financial advisers and mortgage intermediaries, will manage all aspects of m2i’s network operation and adviser business. This includes network case management, commission tracking and the adviser’s point of sale operation with client management and business processing.

With over 7,500 members, Mortgage 2000 is already one of the leading service providers to the mortgage intermediary market.

Sean Hornsby, managing director of m2i, comments: “Our decision to choose Adviser Office will add significantly to our network offering. This technology solution will allow firms to continue to run their businesses independently, whilst obtaining the much needed compliance support and infrastructure once “Mortgage Day” strikes on 31 October 2004. I believe we now have the most comprehensive solution available from any network, giving advisers wishing to retain their independence a solution which has all the tools to help them remain profitable and compliant in a regulated market.”

Nick Berry, mortgage partnership manager at 1st Software, comments:

“The m2i proposition to their prospective members is very strong. The range of services on offer will undoubtedly prove very attractive to those wishing to retain their independence in a regulated market. The decision to choose Adviser Office will greatly assist their members in dealing with the challenges ahead and is a welcome addition to 1st Software’s continued growth in the mortgage market.”
