1st announces launch of enhanced tools

Key developments include:

- All applicant information will be consolidated within the mortgage component, giving users a single data entry facility for mortgage specific advice and assisting advisers during the point of sale process

- Applicant-based fact find (via MS Word) will provide users with both an electronic point of sale facility or, for those preferring a paper-based point of sale process, the ability to generate predefined or client-specific fact finds

- Enhanced management reporting - covering a wide range of functions and giving users a comprehensive view of their business

Adviser Office: Intelligent Workflow will be fully integrated with supportive systems from partner companies including Mortgage Brain, Trigold, The Mortgage Operation and Mortgage 2000. Following the July launch, the new version will include additional integrations with Paymentshield and London & European Title Insurance.
