Specialist lender Precise Mortgages has introduced a new brand identity, unveiling a refreshed and distinctive image.

The rebrand comes alongside the redesign of its broker and customer websites, with the broker site receiving a complete overhaul. The new website now includes tools designed for rapid responses and improved functionality.

The initiative is part of a broader strategy following the OSB Group’s launch of a registration portal last month. The portal simplifies the process for new brokers to register with Precise, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries, or InterBay, or all three, through a single, streamlined procedure.

“This isn’t just about launching a new logo or a flashy marketing campaign – we’re taking the opportunity to redefine what we stand for and how this underpins everything we do from this point forward,” said Jon Hall (pictured), group managing director of mortgages and savings at OSB Group.

Hall noted the inclusive approach taken in the rebranding process, highlighting the involvement of broker partners from the start. The collaboration was aimed at addressing industry challenges and ensuring the revamped website met the needs of users, with broker feedback playing a crucial role in the development process, guiding the website’s design and functionality.

“We’ve also collaborated with our internal teams to ensure we’re fully aligned so that brokers experience consistent and clearly defined interactions with Precise that services their requirements quickly with minimum fuss,” Hall said.

“Precise is at the beginning of a new journey, and there will be more milestones to share but it also remains an important brand to OSB Group and will continue to provide precisely the right lending products at precisely the right time.”
