Sirius introduces asset finance offering

Specialist broker Sirius Property Finance has launched an asset finance offering to complement its existing property debt advice service for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and High Net Worth (HNW) clients.

Sirius, which has already completed a soft launch, now works with a number of lenders to provide funding solutions for clients. It offers options across hard asset, soft asset, and structured asset finance, predominantly operating in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 space.

“As a market leading real estate finance brokerage, we are constantly challenging industry standards, with customer experience at the forefront of our ethos,” stated Paul Debney (pictured), senior associate of commercial finance at Sirius Property Finance.

“Asset finance is a direct parallel for the business and will be a key part of our strategy moving forward, especially given our high concentration of SME and High Net Worth clients. We have already had high levels of demand from our client base, and we see the market as a major growth sector, as well as an essential business offering for Sirius and Brightstar moving forward.”

James Cassidy, associate at the Sirius Group, saidd that their structured asset finance product offering was particularly pertinent in the current economic environment.

“It provides clients with the ability to reduce their monthly debt liability and deliver an essential cashflow injection,” he said. “We are looking to grow organically and recruit in due course.

“Our infrastructure is in place and pipeline is strong following our soft internal launch, on which we are already completing on live business. We expect many more real estate finance brokerages to follow our lead and expand their offering to include asset finance.”
