Roma Finance forms 'Flow Desk'

Responding to growing demand for short term lending, Roma Finance has created Flow Desk – a fast paced, internal sales function, supported by a brand new team.

The Flow Desk team will be managed by the newly promoted head of sales operations, Lisa Toner (second from right in picture), who will be joined by Kerry Bradshaw (second from left in picture), who has also recently taken the business development executive role.

The team will also have Nathan Steele (far left in picture) and Jay Habib (far right in picture), who join Roma from Lowry Capital and Property Hub respectively, where they were both focused on sales progression and business development.

RomaFLOW was launched in 2021 by the bridging and development lender to speed up the application to completion process and make submissions easier for brokers. It serves as a channel for straightforward cases with products such as standard residential bridging, auction finance, and light refurbishment. The Flow Desk team is tasked with the quality of the pack to support underwriting and nurturing relationships with partners.

“I’m really excited to be leading this new team; a whole new way for partners to get in touch with us and build that all important relationship,” Toner said in an article announcing the launch. “Roma loves to lend and continues to innovate to continually improve processes and ultimately the ‘borrower first’ experience.”

Bradshaw added that she, too, was looking forward to seeing what the new team could achieve.

“This is an exciting new challenge,” she remarked. “Flow Desk will be a highly valuable asset to Roma as it will allow us to reach more people and enable our field team to continue building relationships.”
