Quantum Mortgages looks back at productive 2023

Wrapping up the year 2023, specialist lender Quantum Mortgages has highlighted the achievements and milestones the company reached this year, including a surge in new mortgage applications that hit £350 million.

The company’s growth and expansion are underscored by an 81.5% increase in registered brokers and a 72% and 43% rise in the number of mortgage networks and mortgage clubs joined, respectively.

Its team has also expanded significantly over the past 12 months, with the number of members growing from 18 to 31 this year. This growth included six promotions, with six additional opportunities waiting in the wings.

The year was also marked by a series of events for Quantum, from landlord meetings to roadshows across the UK.

Awards also poured in for the lender in 2023, culminating in victories at the Mortgage Introducer Awards, where it secured prestigious titles, such as Buy-to-Let Lender of the Year and Top Mortgage Employer.

The company said it has also redirected its traditional holiday gestures towards a more meaningful cause by making substantial donations to three charities: Save The Children, Shelter, and The Bus Shelter Milton Keynes – organisations that focus on addressing homelessness and have demonstrated their impact in improving the lives of those in need.

“As we pop the champagne and sprinkle glitter on the successes of 2023, let’s not forget the magic of giving back,” Jason Neale (pictured), managing director at Quantum Mortgages, said. “Here’s to a festive season filled with joy, laughter, and the warmth of making a difference.”
