Precise Mortgages, a specialist lender within the OSB Group, has expanded its offerings for heavy refurbishment projects, alongside introducing a dedicated bridging team.
The lender’s enhanced tier 2 bridging proposition now accommodates more extensive projects, including the conversion of commercial properties into residential spaces of up to four units, and the transformation of residential properties into houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) with as many as 10 lettable rooms.
In addition to broadening its project scope, Precise Mortgages has established a dedicated bridging sales team, tasked with assisting brokers with their initial enquiries and providing ongoing support throughout the entire process, from the initial stages through to completion and beyond, including post-offer services.
