To make finding information and applying for loans easier for brokers, specialist lender Alternative Bridging Corporation has improved the user experience on its website with an updated navigation bar and quick links to its most popular products.

The lender said its enhanced website now also included additional explainer videos and a revamped news and case studies section, as well as more visual step-by-step guidance to steer brokers through the application process. The website features a complete visual refresh and easy access to independent reviews and testimonials too.

Alternative Bridging Corporation provides bridging loans, term loans, and development finance to the property industry, business community, and homeowners. It also offers an innovative Alternative Overdraft facility that enables customers to draw down funds as and when they need them. Earlier this year, it launched PartX, a pre-approved part exchange facility to expedite sales and chain breaks on new home developments.

“At Alternative Bridging, we are continually striving to further enhance the service we provide to our brokers and our clients,” Rinal Rodrigues (pictured), head of marketing at Alternative Bridging Corporation, stated in a post announcing the website upgrades. “Another element of this service is the information we host on our website and within our communications.

“These are often the first touchpoints a broker may have with our business, so it’s vital that they are clear and accessible. The new enhancements to our website have been introduced to make it even easier for brokers to research and apply for the perfect specialist property finance for their clients.”
