Zoopla has registered a 43% increase in New Homes customers using AdReach in the year to date.

The location-based marketing tool bolsters leads to housebuilders by targeting potential house-hunters across social media channels.

This reduces the cost per lead delivered to housebuilders from Zoopla by 50%.
