TSB has cut rates and withdrawn products.
TSB has made changes to its mortgage product range.
The 5-year fixed remortgage product available up to 60%loan-to-value (LTV)has seenbeencut by 0.05% from 1.49% to 1.44%. This comes with a £1,495 fee and the option of free legals or £300 cashback.
With the same product fee, the 1.59% 5-year fixed remortgage up to 75% LTV with the same option of free legals or £300 cashback, has been withdrawn.
TBS has also withdrawn the 1.54% 5-year fixed mortgage for house purchases, which was available up to 75% LTV and came with a £1,495 fee.
