Skipton Intermediaries has launched a broker webchat service.

Using the service brokers can make new case enquiries and case updates.

Paul Darwin, Skipton’s director of intermediary relationships, said: “Extending our highly successful web chat to all brokers brings further benefits to our proposition.

“We have already had fantastic feedback since we first launched the web chat service last month.”

Skipton’s eMortgage system enables the creation of a mortgage illustration (ESIS), decision in principle (DIP) or full mortgage application (FMA). Brokers can also view a list of all their cases created online and get instant decisions.
