Jon Cartlidge, senior product manager at The Nottingham, said: “We have listened to what brokers have been telling us about the need for more 95% mortgage products.
“This has been especially true with our five year product, the idea being that customers will have more time to build up equity in their property over five years before moving to a new mortgage product.
“We launched these products two weeks ago and we are already seeing a lot of interest from the market.”
Products are for first-time buyers, remortgage customers and homemovers.
