Mark Bullard, head of sales at NatWest Intermediary Solutions, said: “We know from conversations with mortgage brokers just how highly they value good BDMs which is why we are always keen to recruit the very best to join our team.

“I am delighted that we have been able to welcome such a large number of new BDMs who bring with them great relationship skills, a huge amount of energy and a desire to provide world class service.

“I am positive that they will quickly prove their worth to their broker panels as we continue our appetite to grow our intermediary lending.”
