Leeds Building Society has reshuffled its senior team.

Tom Tinkler has moved from director of operations to director of change, a newly created role, while Martin Richardson has moved from director of business development to director of operations.

Jaedon Green has gone from director of product to director of product and distribution.

Green said: “Intermediaries play a vital role in the society’s mortgage business and their support has been key to our recent strong growth in lending.

“Meeting our members’ ever-changing needs drives our award-winning product innovation and we know intermediaries are similarly focused on delivering the best for their clients.

“For that reason, their feedback and expertise is invaluable in improving our proposition both for them and our borrowers.”

Louisa Sedgwick, Leeds’ head of intermediary distribution, will depart to join Belmont Green in the summer.

Richardson added: “Louisa joined the Society in April 2014 and has played a key role in building and strengthening the team we now have in place.

“She will leave us in great shape for the next phase of our investment and we wish her every success for the future.”
