Key Solutions Mortgages has hired Jason Howells (pictured) as training and compliance director from Legal & General.
His new role will see him create and run an internal training academy which will recruit new mortgage and protection advisers and offer them a route to becoming fully CeMAP and/or associated qualified advisers within the business.
Howells said: “I couldn’t wait to get started on the next stage of my career and this new challenge, and after two days I am already relishing what is in front of me, helping what is already a great business grow, succeed and thrive.”
Howells spent 16 years at Legal & General, where he was sales relationship manager.
