Goldsmith Williams unveils GWlive system for brokers

Goldsmith Williams has launched a new broker system called GWlive ahead of its rebrand to GWlegal on Monday.

The system will enable brokers to open, instruct and follow cases as they progress – from phone calls to emails sent to case completion.

GWlive will have the URL gw.live (with no www. or .co.uk) – as the firm anticipates new domains being a standard for businesses in the coming years following the growth of .law for example.

GWlive is tailored for tablets and mobiles and also provides a stream of news stories and analysis related to the industry.

Emma Coffey, head of sales at Goldsmith Williams, said: “While GWlive may have been developed in-house by our very talented IT team, it is very much the product of us working closely with introducers to ensure the software meets the needs of those who will be using it.

“As such, I am certain that the newest version of GWlive will offer everything it claims to and more. It is easy to use, in real-time and sure to save you time and money, especially on your phone bill.

“GWlive sets the standard for live case management and we are delighted to offer it to our trusted partner organisations.”
