Clydesdale Bank implements rate changes

Clydesdale Bank has made some changes to its residential and buy-to-let mortgage range.

The lender’s 75% to 90% LTV two- and five-year fixed rates have increased by up to 0.2%.

Its £1 million-plus 65% - 85% LTV two and five-year fixes have risen by up to 0.1%

Also increased by up to 0.16% were professional and newly qualified professional two- and five-year fixed rates.

Finally, selected BTL at 60% LTV rates has gone up by 0.15%.

Virgin Money – the company that owns Clydesdale Bank – said the changes were communicated earlier to brokers, who were also advised to send applications as soon as possible if they are applying for one of these products on behalf of their customers.
