Barclays has refreshed its range by cutting 2-year fixes and launching a 5-year fix.
Its 2-year rates stand at 1.73% to 75% loan-to-value, 1.83% to 80% LTV and 2.76% to 90% LTV, all with a £999 fee for loans between £5,000 and £1m.
The lender has also launched a 60% LTV 5-year fix at 2.19% with a £1,999 fee for existing Barclays customers for loans between £1m and £5m.
Premier Barclays customers (with a minimum income of £75,000 or joint income of £100,000) can take out 2-year fixes at 1.73% to 75% LTV and 1.79% to 80% LTV with a £499 and £999 application fee for loans between £5,000 and £1.5m.
