PMS Mortgage Club and Sesame Network have launched an exclusive buy-to-let mortgage for their members via Foundation Home Loans.   

The buy-to-let product is 3.24% 5-year fix and is available for limited company landlords through the Foundation Home Loans F1 product range. The exclusive product is available up to 65% LTV and comes with a £1,995 arrangement fee.
