Coventry cuts rates on BTL fixes

The loans are available at 65% LTV with rates starting from 3.19%.

• 3.19%, reduced from 3.29%, 2 year fixed rate until 30.04.15, 65% LTV, £250 booking fee with £1749 arrangement fee and early repayment charges of 3% of balance until 30.04.15
• 3.39%, reduced from 3.49%, 2 year fixed rate until 30.04.15, 65% LTV, £250 booking fee with £999 arrangement fee and ERCs of 3% of balance until 30.04.15
• 3.99%, reduced from 4.09%, 5 year fixed rate until 30.04.18, 65% LTV £250 booking fee with £1,749 arrangement fee and ERCs of 3% of balance until 30.04.18
• 4.19%, reduced from 4.29%, 5 year fixed rate until 30.04.18, 65% LTV £250 booking fee with £999 arrangement fee and ERCs of 3% of balance until 30.04.18
