BreezeMove introduces proptech platform

BreezeMove has introduced a property technology platformaimed at streamlining the completion process.

The platform is free to use for agents, who can receive a commission for introducing it to buyer and seller clients; these clients pay a fee of £199 on completion, with no upfront fees.

The platform streamlines communications digitally between conveyancers, agents and clients, provides up-front property information, and provides sellers and buyers with a mutually agreed reservation agreement to ensure commitment.

It also allows for milestone tracking, key document uploads by all parties, proactive updates, and anti-money laundering (AML) via Veriphy.

It launches in September and enquiries from estate agents and conveyancers have been invited now in anticipation.

BreezeMove has already signed up a number of multi-branch estate agents and conveyancer partners, and is currently in discussions with some of the largest UK property groups with a view to them adopting the platform.

Phil Melia, founder and CEO of BreezeMove, said:“The home buying and selling process is frustrating, I’ve experienced this myself many times as both a buyer and a seller, but it’s also becoming increasingly so despite modern communication methods.

“In the absence of much-needed government intervention and legislation our platform won’t just change the game, it will re-write the rules of the game for estate agents and their clients.

"BreezeMove will create a faster, more certain and secure transaction process with less money wasted and a less frustrating experience.

"For decades the industry has needed a solution to protracted transactions and unacceptable fall-throughs and now it genuinely has one."
