TAB hires new BDM

Bridging lender TAB has appointed Dave Jackson as business development manager, responsible for growing the company’s loan book across the North of England.

Jackson, who was previously a director of his own mortgage and commercial finance brokerage, has over 20 years of experience as a business development manager for both specialist and mainstream lenders.

His role will include developing relationships with brokers, as well as assisting TAB in hitting its lending goals by originating new lending opportunities.

Nick Russell, sales director at TAB, said they were delighted to welcome Jackson to their team.

“Dave’s knowledge of the local market and his deep understanding of the borrowing journey is critical for TAB to continue to build our national presence,” Russell stated.

“Having already lent more in the first six months of 2022 than we did in the whole of 2021, coupled with TAB’s access to institutional funding lines and capital from private investors, we’re well on course to knock our 2022 lending target out of the park and Dave’s appointment is only going to speed that up!”
