Specialist property lender Glenhawk has appointed Harleigh French as business development manager and Nicholas Hare as an analyst, effective immediately.

Specialist property lender Glenhawk has appointed Harleigh French as business development associate and Nicholas Hare as an analyst, effective immediately.

Reporting directly to Nick Hilton,Frenchwill oversee the management of Glenhawk’s broker relationships, client liaison and loan origination, leveraging her more than seven years of sales experience in London and the South East.

Hare he will be responsible for financial modelling, risk and investment analysis and M&A analysis and research, reporting directly to Paul MacFadyen.

French joins Glenhawk from Shawbrook Bank, where she waslatterlybusiness development executive with responsibility for new broker and client enquiries whilst maintaining the existing deal book, across both the residential and commercial mortgage sectors.

Harewas previously a commercial analyst at Cabot Financial, working closely with the corporate development team on M&A and new market strategy, helping to manage Cabot’s Spanish real estate portfolio, as well as producing regular analysis on the UK and European debt landscape.
