Bridgewater launches technical helpline

The equity release provider said the helpline was designed to be a “one stop shop” for all enquiries regarding Bridgewater’s home reversion plans and the application process.

Advisers will also be able to use the helpline to discuss the legal aspects of a home reversion plan which customers may ask about.

Peter Welch, head of sales and distribution at Bridgewater, said: “Our research with equity release specialist advisers told us there was a need for access to technical support.

“We have therefore launched this dedicated helpline for advisers so they have access to the full range of Bridgewater-related information from our experienced staff who will be answering all calls.

“Advisers can call the helpline for all pre-sales enquiries, whether they are looking for details on the products themselves, the legal process or they require documentation.”
