Alan Margolis joins Masthaven Bank

Alan Margolis has joined Masthaven Bank from Fintex Capital as credit and operations director for the short-term lending side of the business, a newly created role.

Alan Margolis (pictured) has joined Masthaven Bank from Fintex Capital as credit and operations director for the short-term lending side of the business, a newly created role.

He will be involved in Masthaven’s key credit decisions, including reviewing underwriting processes, innovating broker journeys and communication, driving product updates and supporting the bank’s short-term lending division.

Margolis was real estate project leader at Fintex Capital. His previous roles include head of bridging at United Trust Bank and chief executive of Cheval Property Finance.

He has served on the executive of the Associationof Short Term Lenders and on judging panels for industry awards and is also a regular contributor of articles to industry publications.
