Partners gain access to OMS's customer relationship management system

OMS announces integration by Try Mortgage Network

One Mortgage System (OMS), a processing platform for mortgage intermediaries, has announced its integration by Try Mortgage Network across its proposition.

The move follows an extensive review period by Try Mortgage Network, opting for OMS to enhance its proposition by providing network partners with access to OMS’s customer relationship management (CRM) system and full workflow solution. Additionally, partners will benefit from an extensive internal training programme facilitated by OMS.

OMS’ CRM solution will integrate with Try Mortgage Network’s preferred mortgage sourcing partners, such as Sourcing Brain, which includes Criteria and Affordability Brain as standard features. Furthermore, the integration with IPipeline’s Solution Builder is expected to enhance Try Mortgage Network’s protection sourcing capabilities.

OMS, launched in 2017, covers product areas such as residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging, commercial, plus general insurance and protection. It has already integrated with six platforms – Iress, Twenty7Tec, iPipeline, Submissions Brain, SmartrFit and Knowledge Bank – to provide product sourcing, protection sourcing, and criteria searching to users.

“The senior management team at Try Mortgage Network are heavily invested in supporting their members from a compliance and tech perspective by working with the most well-engineered and dependable technology while providing extensive training to help them maximise its many benefits,” Neal Jannels (pictured), managing director at One Mortgage System, commented. “As a business, we feel we are extremely well-placed to help them on this journey and look forward to a highly productive and long-standing partnership.”

Ian Merriman, recruitment manager at Try Mortgage Network, added that choosing OMS as the network’s CRM supplier was not difficult.

“Our existing network members are already taking full advantage of the benefits the system offers, while new members, as part of the joining process, receive an extensive demonstration of our system, and are equally complementary, citing this as a major reason for joining Try,” Merriman said. “Add in the great support team at OMS, it means we are very excited about working alongside them in the months and years to come.”
