New networking platform for property professionals launches

A new networking platform for professionals in the UK’s property sector was launched on Wednesday, designed by siblings hailing from the West Midlands.

Named the UK Homes Network, the newly launched application facilitates direct connections among users, including developers, investors, agents, landlords, and other industry specialists.

Functioning as a web and mobile application, it offers a platform for individuals to locate and engage with peers across various segments of the industry nationwide.

The UK Homes Network is the brainchild of Chris Tremlett (pictured right), who started its development following his redundancy from a previous role. Joining him is his brother, David (pictured left), both equipped with a background in estate agency.

UK Homes Network will enable users to supercharge their own networks, explore limitless opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends—all in one space,” Chris Tremlett said. “It will enable us to create a collective voice to effect meaningful change with policymakers. It is the first and only platform of its type available in the UK.”

He also believes that property professionals need a dedicated platform because other social media platforms often attract unwelcome advertisers like recruiters and website developers which interrupt the flow of communication.

“There’s no spam and no algorithms – if you want to post, it will be seen by the right people because everyone on the platform is a property professional looking for opportunities or sharing knowledge and experience,” Tremlett explained.
