Roma Finance forms new leadership team

Following business growth and the recent appointment of Michael Allison as commercial director, lender Roma Finance has created a new team to frame and execute its business strategy, focusing on the partner and borrower journey.

Senior leaders, Lorraine Hart (top centre in picture), head of credit and risk, and Deborah Chaplain (top left), head of collections were joined by Adam Bates (top right), business architect, Charlotte Rutter (bottom left), head of marketing and comms, as well as newly promoted Lisa Toner (bottom centre), sales operations manager, and Tina Parry (bottom right), customer services manager.

Roma reiterated its dedication to people growth and providing opportunities internally, adding that the new appointments would put the intensity behind its exciting plans for 2023 and beyond.

“I am delighted to have been given this next opportunity within the business,” Parry commented in a post announcing the appointment. “I have been with Roma since the early days and have worn many hats. I, along with my colleagues in the leadership team have received such support from the board, and as a whole team, have achieved huge strides, putting Roma where it is today.”

Allison stated: “Roma really invests in its people, and we have the best team we have ever had right now. As we grow, we need to empower our team and this is perfect time to create this organisational structure with inspirational and innovative leaders.

“I would like to personally congratulate every member of the leadership team on their collective achievements. It is a very exciting time to be part of this business.”
