Find out who took home in MPA's 16th annual Brokers on Aggregators survey ranks aggregators across 11 service categories
MPA's 16th annual Brokers on Aggregators survey is now live!
More than 720 brokers took part in the 2026 survey, ranking their aggregators across 11 service categories out of five.
The results point to a broking channel that remains structurally loyal but increasingly demanding. Brokers' reluctance to switch aggregators has fallen, particularly among experienced operators who have been in the industry for over a decade.
When asked what would make them leave their aggregator, brokers nominated poor commission accuracy, poor IT and CRM support, and poor BDM support.
Gippsland Finance Solutions director Jaime Savory, who settles roughly 1,200 loans a year, said the stakes around commission timing are existential for staffing: "If I don't get my commission payments on time, I can't pay wages."
