Best brokers aged 35 and under honoured for results, commitment
Mortgage Professional Australia has recognised the 2024 Rising Stars, a group of leading mortgage brokers under the age of 35 who have delivered significant outcomes for both their firms and clients.
This year's Rising Stars list showcases young professionals in the industry known for their notable contributions to the Australian mortgage broking sector. These individuals have been acknowledged for their strong results, determination, and commitment to their profession.
Selection process for the 13th MPA Rising Stars list
The selection process for the MPA 2024 Rising Stars awards involved an invitation to premier mortgage brokerages across Australia, requesting nominations for their standout young achievers.
Eligibility criteria required nominees to be 35 or younger, to have originated loans exceeding $15 million between October 1, 2022, and September 30, 2023, and to have been working as accredited brokers for a maximum of two years.
Candidates submitted applications to MPA, outlining their qualifications for the honour, supported by peer recommendations. After a comprehensive review of all submissions, MPA's team identified 39 brokers whose influence and performance have significantly impacted the industry.
