Suncorp Bank announces 3 year fixed rate of 3.99% p.a.on its Home Package Plus product, available on new owner occupied or investment loans of at least $150,000 (maximum LVR of 90%).
Advantedge Financial Services has reduced rates across interest-only investor and owner occupier loans available under the brands of its private label aggregation partners, effective on Saturday 5 March.
The key rate reductions for new loans from the previous rate card include:
• Owner occupier IO variable: reductions of up to 0.23% p.a.
• Owner occupier IO fixed: reductions of 0.09% p.a.
• Investor IO variable: reductions of up to 0.03% p.a.
