MLA Canada announces new residential marketing platform

MLA Canada has announced its new residential marketing platform that promises a much-improved home sales experience.

Described as the most comprehensive enterprise resource planning platform in Canada so far, MLA Oi offers a next-generation digital framework “for deeper and on-demand insights, better homebuyer experiences, and improved revenue management,” the company said.

From a social media advertisement to a completed transaction, “the platform tracks customer engagement and needs,” MLA said. This is achieved through aggregated, up-to-date information on these key metrics, all analysed in real time.

Ryan Lalonde, president and partner at MLA Canada, said that the platform will be especially valuable for home buyers, marketers, developers, and agents.

“We can fundamentally change, for the better, the way homes are marketed and sold,” Lalonde said. “MLA Oi lets us understand the desires of any specific group of homebuyers and use that info to create housing for them. It gives actionable intelligence, the technology needed to accelerate sales and a 360 degree view of the marketplace at any given moment.”

Aside from marketing pre-build assets in Metro Vancouver, MLA Canada is looking to “redefine” the industry with technology solutions aimed at the needs of its clients and partners.
