Canadian Mortgage Professional’s Top Mortgage Employers 2027 is putting these efforts in the spotlight, recognizing organizations that are creating workplaces where their people can grow, thrive and build lasting careers.
Companies taking part can showcase the initiatives that shape their workplace culture and highlight the practices that help them support and retain their people.
The report also includes an employee survey, giving employees a voice in identifying the organizations that stand out.
Organizations have until Friday, October 23, to submit their entries and be considered for recognition.
Winners will be unveiled on the website in March.
