Brightpath Capital is thrilled to announce the appointment of Dan Pauls to the new role of Director, Business Development, where he will be serving the Ontario market.
Pauls brings more than 22 years’ experience within the financial services industry. His most recent role was as Regional Sales Manager for one of Ontario’s largest MICs, where he was instrumental in developing and growing the newly formed southwestern Ontario market, with tremendous success. His variety of past experience has given him unique insight into the A, B and private lending markets and an understanding of how to best service his broker partners with clarity and efficiency. His exceptional knowledge positions him ideally as he works with Brightpath Capital to develop broker relationships across Ontario in the non-conforming residential mortgage space.
Pauls is highly responsive with a strong can-do attitude and he believes in consistency, transparency and full disclosure when it comes to underwriting and pricing in the private lending space. His goal is always to be a true business partner with his brokers and he is always looking to expand his network.
Over the past several years, his work has stood out within the industry, having been recognized with the following:
